Star Trek™: Voyager - Elite Force is not only an exceptional game, but also one of the best Star Trek games out there! I’ve been meaning to finish this game for 25 years, since my first play through only managed to reach the Borg ship. This time, I took the time to set it up properly on my Steam Deck (if you need help: https://www.reddit.com/r/StarTrekEliteForce/comments/y96b0n/setup_and_config_for_steam_deck/), and once everything was configured, I was determined to finally complete it. You play as Ensign Munroe on the Elite Force Hazard Team, set up by Tuvok. The story is very good, and the scenes well-crafted, as the game immerses you in what feels like a season arc of Star Trek: Voyager. You find yourself trapped in a mysterious area along with other star ships and their crews, taking on the Hirogen, Klingons, the Borg, and many other characters as you try save the Voyager crew. The linear game play does a great job of guiding you through different sections of the story and many unique environments, including some original star ship designs. The developers really paid attention to detail, and it genuinely feels like you're aboard the Voyager. The voice acting also really enhances the experience, featuring the original cast members reprising their roles. You get access to explore a virtual version of the Voyager, reading personal logs, uncovering hidden details about the ship and its crew, and even playing as Captain Proton in fully functioning holo deck! It’s a real treat for any Star Trek fan (especially Voyager ones)! This time I finally beat the game, and it also happened to be my first time completing a full GoG game! It was an incredibly fun experience. 10/10
