Fun little tactical game - easy to win, has a story line, which makes the game fun to run.
I remember having big expectations for this game as my previous pc game was Empire Deluxe. Unfortunately this is a game that the AI plays like every city creates a unit that makes a "chain" of units to attack a city. The AI will stack all it's Artillery into one huge pile of unit; while a human player has individual units. So the big stacks are neutralized like Russian Armor in Ukraine. Also ships and aircraft must refuel - Ships refueling was never a big draw for me. It's all I can remember - I can't remember a challenging game from the AI. I got a better game against a human opponent.
