Positive: - Good Sci-Fi Plot - Surprisingly strong voice acting - Multiple dialogue-tree with surprising outcome - Your decision matters (albeit a minor one) Negative: - Poor execution in constructing the mission (eg: game tell you to get to hangar bay, you don't even know where the hangar bay is) - The game doesn't properly explain its mechanic, lots of trial and error - Bad control, missing some features on gamepad compared to mouse + keyboard Conclusion: The story itself is engaging, the characters does have personality aided by strong voice acting. The game has ambitious concept but the gameplay in general is simply lack polished. Regardless, the developer deserves our support, you can tell they really put a lot of work into the story line.
Always wanted to try this game but the selling price USD 30 put me off as i wasn't sure if the game really deserved that high price tag (coming from long time GoGers USD 30 is considered pretty high). Few years later, now that i got this game free from recent GOG giveaway i almost feel bad, because wow.. the hype for this game is certainly real. + Intriguing story, you always want to know more after each revelation + You're not a typical good guy protagonist + Story arc is presented in continous manner, make you feel like the enitre experience is in a single day + Immersive atmosphere. Grade A sound effects, voice acting, dialogue and music + Not your typical "hide and seek" video game. There is no jumpscare here + The game is more like a long exploration with mild puzzle. There is no obvious pointer telling which way to go and what to do + Although dated but the graphics is acceptable and support various modern wide and ultra wide resolution Anyway it's 5/5 from me well worth the time spent. Hopefully we can see the developer produce more games in near future.
+ Great atmospheric soundtrack, really capture the revolution that taking place in the game + Good length, 48 minutes of soundtrack for a game that last just under 3 hours is not too shabby + Decently priced; $6 - No proper tagging, not even Album Title, Composer, Year etc. No effort by the publisher - 255 kbps MP3 format is unacceptable in today's standard
