You have to open up the files to fix things and one of the bad parts about Fallout London is that IT DOESN'T HAVE A FIELD OF VIEW (FOV) SLIDER! Why??? This is essential for games! I feel like I am looking through a telescope all the time, I tried tweaking the files to fix it but no dice. Damn... I recommend trying out Fallout New Vegas Wild Card if you can't play this one... Also it is a good modpack.
