I have been trying to get a REFUND for WEEKS and still no response back. It's almost been a month and they keep sending me the same GENERIC email. NO I do NOT want a store credit, I would like the full amount credited back to the card I paid with. I have sent MUTIPLE emails in the past month and NO response. Can someone please contact me ASAP with my refund! You give a limit for the amount of time to refund the game but you DELAY the process not allowing people who aren't enjoying the game to get their money back. This is wrong and I will not be purchasing from you guys again. Very dissapointing.
