Divinity: Original Sin 2 - Definitive Edition

Defining Game of a Genre

TL;DR: A breath of fresh air for the CRPG genre. Timelessly captivating game focused on the basic tenet of what makes gamers play games, i.e. to have fun. I passionately enjoyed exploring, looting, battling, and experiencing the finely tuned interactive and storybook elements of this game. It holds so many scrumptious little nooks and crannies inside its tremendous frame. A true treasure of a western RPG. Play it if you want to experience the genre in peak form. This game, story, combat, music, graphics, and everything else is polished to the point of fine art. It offers the very best of every facet a game of this scope demands for the mature and discerning RPG enthusiasts seeking that glowing feeling of downright satisfaction and nostalgia to be had from the experience someday perhaps in the future when the depth of this game's replayability becomes apparent to you for the first time as it has for myself and so many others. The vast multitude of gamers who know this title are in agreement. The outcome of each new dive into even the same battle or miniquest hold massive potential for different results despite what you may expect because the level of attention to detail is so mindbloggingly good. Dive into the world of Divinity and each boot of the game is likely to ignite the spark of excitement we RPG lovers hold near'ndear for new adventures, am-I-right? I continue to explore the game's oceanic depths of nuanced details each time I launch despite committing in excess of 200+ hours thusly and I simply feel it's my duty as a hardcore gamer to extend a sincere and unpretentious 'Thank You' to Larian Studios for conceiving, developing, and delivering this epic follow-up to the commendable first game in the series. You may even feel compelled to leave a raving review yourself. I know I sure as Hell did. Thanks for taking the time to read this if you made it this far. Ciao.
