The first Rayman games have aged very well, and here's the proof. It's a shame it's not part of GOG's game restoration program, because the PC port of this game deserves it. It was difficult to get it to recognize my controller. I had to install a community patch for that and consult several forums to improve gamepad support. Anyone interested in playing the PC version should install Better Rayman 3, as it will make the game look great and allow your modern gamepad to support it. If, after installing the patch, you are experiencing problems such as the right analog stick not controlling the camera, click on the Better Rayman 3 configuration application (BR3_Config.exe) and set the Horizontal Axis to 2 and the Vertical Axis to 5, and set the External Dead Zone to High.
