Salutations Adventurers. Since my initial poor rating for Spellforce III.... the problem I experienced disappeared. The developers have been very proactive in issuing patches to fix the many issues. Spellforce III is a beautiful looking game. I run it at 2560x1080. It has taken me a bit of time to adjust to the changes in the game mechanics from those of the previous games. ie... not being able to directly order creation of worker at HQs. It requires more patience to build things now. I'm currently enjoying playing into the early morning hours. Minor bugs remain but I'm sure they will be addressed in the near future. Now, back to the adventure.
Salutations, SpellForce 3 is a beautiful looking game. I have been looking forward to it for a long time. But I suffer 'the black screen of death' every time I attempt to play it. I can't Ctrl-Alt-Delete out of it either. I am forced to completely power down my system and restart. This is most frustrating. Perhaps the game lacks needed optimization. My system: AMD 8350 Eight Core- GeForce GTX 1060 6GB- 32 GB RAM- Running at 2560x1080 60 Hz. GPU driver up to date.
