First version of Enhanced Edition was bugged and not worth it. But after some patches it really made it. While I'm writing these words it is the best version ever released, really polished: enhanced graphics, gameplay, interface and extra features such as zoom (love it!). Highly recommended game for old-school-lovin' gamers :-)
