I played through the first entry of the KDC series, and KDC 2 is even better than the first one. But the stability of the game his horrendously bad. It keeps crashing, to the point that you're runnig as quick as possible to the next save game location to keep the progress before the next crash happens. The question is not if the game is gonna crash, but when it's gonna crash. Extremely bad in this regards, and I hope the instabilities will get fixed. Expect 1 crash within 1 to 3 hours of gameplay.
This seems to be some cut-down version of the original game, which is not mentioned anywhere. A lot of music is missing or seems to be mismatching in contrast to the original. This is already noticeable from the first level of the game in the jungle. There seem to be some open source mods to this game that reintroduce the missing music, but that should not be necessary for a paid game. I don't know if this game ever had an officially cut down version like this or if this game is just being sold in a broken state. For those wishing to experience the game as it was originally, this is not the right place to find it.
