Its like the devs were forced to make an FPS but really wanted to make a Five Nights at Freddie's game. The gameplay is amazing but the developers must absolutely hate it as you will constantly be pulled out of the fun FPS gameplay to run around in dark hallways pretending this is a horror game. The entire campaign is 4 missions that are 30 minutes a piece and only because you get stuck crawling through forced horror sections where you get penalized with jump scares. This is the most mishandled game I have ever seen, absolutely would not recommend unless they add double the levels and remove all the "horror"

Fun tacticool game that plays in realtime with no tactical pause ???? and you control a squad of 4 absolute units. Controls are awful, base mechanics aren't fleshed out properly, stealth is busted and difficulty loves jumping from a mild inconvienience to instant death mode on a whim. Areas are big but poorly structured, enjoy walking around the city as you'll be doing a god awful amount of it. Despite these flaws there is an extremely engaging tactical game here where the drive to upgrade your team and gear keeps pushing you to play one more hour. If you're not planning on buying the game I would highly recommend the soundtrack as it contains some of the best game tracks of all time, they still pop into my head 8 years later.

I adore Starship Troopers but I would rather play a 10 year old shareware game than this trash. It's "Starship Troopers" But every unit dies by vanishing, no unit death animations at all. That alone is enough to show the developers had no true heart in it. Controls absolute suck, gameplay is constantly interupted by cutscenes that just don't need to exist, the sarcastic dialogue is enough and it's not good. It fits the theme but it is just awful self referencial nonsense. We get it, we're here for the movies. Maybe you could have at least tried to bring something new but it's just the advertising skits from the movie over and over and over. HAHA good reference. Product Refunded

The "new content" is a mashup of five mods that have been around for years. It adds a bunch of bugs - maps are broken completely and don't save, 50% chance of game simply not saving progress and several times I just died for no reason even in a shelter. Safari mode controls are complelely broken and unusable. New campaigns are locked behind completion but it also wipes your saves so enjoy that grind. (Can be skipped but it labels your save as having cheats active) This entire project was poorly planned and horribly integrated even the mod wrapper was made by community members and not the game's devs. Base game price was increased with this DLC release so it comes off as just a studio trying to milk their fans. I was very excited for this but I cannot in good conscious recommend it.

It's just really really bad. Weapon mechanics are awful, the "horror" element is literally just the same jump scare with a doll over and over and over and over again and the story seems like it was written by my 7 year old nephew. 1/10 since the graphics are pretty nice, but this isn't a movie, it's a game so 0/10.

A super cute gem that is perfect for teaching the nephews and nieces how to game. Filled to the brim with cute little touches and areas to explore. Music is lovely and the characters are delightful. A++ Kids game, super fun and doesn't try to sell them things just focusses on a great experience. Highly recommended.

This game is absolutely terrible. You character is way too heavy for this kinda game and the wallrun detection is completely hit or miss. The level design is barebones with just floating platforms to jump from and the hub is a confusing mess. I would suggest waiting for patches but from the changelog it seems the game is actively being made worse over time so as it stands all I can do is warn others from making the mistake of purchasing this title.
