Wow. Recently got it and played for first time. It was my first infinity engine game. Got really hooked and finished in very short time. First its a bit different from traditional rpgs. Game wants you to explore more and more. So you explore a huge world, talk to tons of people and, read a lot of dialogue. Combat is pretty much on backseat. This game is made with story and characters as main priority and it shows. Use a guide if have no prior experience with IE games. Story and dialogue writing are top notch and memorable. Highly recommended.
The Witcher 2 is quiet simply a great RPG. Its best part in my opinion are: Huge highly detailed gameworld: Attention to detail is staggering. Gameworld is so big and still painstakingly crafted that it offers a very immersive experience. Perfect Pacing with lot of visual variety: Pacing of game is great with interesting quests. It never gets boring, rather sucks you in. Also each act takes place in e Interesting story with well fleshed out characters and choices that change game rather completely. It is based on established literary work so the characters are extremely well fleshed out. Also story is mature with a ton of political drama as name suggests. Gameplay is quiet fun, is difficult and satisfying. Highly Recommended.ntirely new environment so scenery never gets boring.
