I am a fan of the first S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games and was really looking forward to S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl. I waited to purchase it until the last major update (1.0.669) because it was reported to be in a buggy state at release. The new game has a great atmosphere, as far as I can tell after an hour of gameplay. It has the potential to be a truly great game. But: I am left-handed and realy need to adjusting the keybindings. However, the keyboard mapping is absolutely buggy. When reassigning the movement keys to the cursor keys, up/down remain on 'W' and 'S'. There is no way to change this. The keys on the keypad do not seem to be recognized as extra keys. These are absolute basics for a PC game. Sorry GSC, this is not a beta version, this is an alpha version!" Hopefully this will be fixed very soon.
