...but as soon as I launch it, it crashes and I get the faux-cutesy "Oops! The game crashed" message. GoG's support documentation amounts to "uh, try your luck with video driver settings", which I suppose is in keeping with a 1987 PC gaming experience, so at least they score points for authenticity. Nevertheless, I've twiddled all the graphics / OS emulation / run-mode settings they suggested, but to no benefit. The only difference was that in some configurations, the whole screen goes black becomes and unresponsive to mouse clicks, rather than showing the error message and being unresponsive to mouse clicks. I look forward to playing the game someday, but for now, I'm giving up and taking comfort that I only blew the cost of a medium-quality sandwich.
