I thought my Ryzen 5 1600 was gonna bottleneck my RTX3070, I was expecting to see both CPU and GPU close at 100% but after playing 10hrs, changing settings from low to ultra with rt enabled, neither GPU or CPU usage are close to 70% at 1440p, why is that? Might be an issue with nvidia drivers? or is it an issue with the last nvidia cards? History and quests are interesting, walking the city and just looking at the buildings, sure the art and design team worked some magic with the engeneering team, no doubt but again, performance isn't where should be most of the time. I trust CDPR will manage and find a way to really make things work as expected.
