They hit gold decades ago. The industry now is filled with layers upon layers of systems on top of simple dynamics. This game got it all right from the start.
Amazing Fallout 1 and Fallout 2 atmosphere, but you need to mod the heck out of it. Like, 5 hours straight...if you are up for that, proceed. Great game.
