I can make it to 30 days but it's quite difficult. Also it takes a LONG time to play the game. As in hours, though the game is simple in concept. It takes a very long time to obtain resources and fashion them into useful items. The fishing rod is insane in the number of resources required and by the time you get it, 1 or two of your crew are dead or dying and the rest of them are suffering badly. If you wanted to be more realistic about it, the survivors of the crash would be using a small piece of the aluminum of the plane to cook meat and fish over the fire. Plus, simple spears could be fashioned to get the fish and animals. Spears were developed long before bows and arrows. A good first attempt at a game by the company but I am very glad I bought it on sale. It's not worth the full price at all. Worthy of a glance but it will be uninstalled and forgotten, like the dead bodies of my group of survivors.... bleached bones on a distant atoll in the Bermuda Triangle. Their follow up game about Vikings seems more burdensome from looking at it on their website as well. Plus the doctor that is one of your survivors cannot heal anyone although there are bandages... you cannot use them. I was looking for instructions but there are none anywhere. So the 'doctor' is useless. I tried everything I could to try to choose an option where the doctor could use something on someone but no, won't work. Each survivor has their own medical trait and on many of them it's very poor. They don't heal when they rest or sleep either... Overall a rather poor game design although it looks nice art wise. I give them an E for effort, but no points.
