DLC starts with a 2 hour long escort quest, where you are, out of your control, put in situations when you are forced into open combat. Bull. Shit. 2.0 broke all the skill trees and turned every enemy into a bullet sponge. CDPR is dead to me.
After so many years, I was lured by all the fans claiming this game had the best combat system ever. Boy, was I in for a rude awakening. The combat is super janky and a complete mess. Considering the story and world are bland as they can be, the combat can't save this game. Don't listen to the fans of this game's combat. This game is a cult classic, I know. But in this game's case, the word cult is almost literal. I never played an rpg with worse combat than this.
It can be enjoyable if you don't know or ignore the broken promises and misleading advertised features, but the game just isn't finished. When it is, plus with some inevitable DLCs, it can be a great game. The thing that stood out for me was the sounds, especially the ambient sound of the city. The visuals, in most places, really do give that Blade Runner vibe. It needs polish, and it needs content.
