Leaving a bad review to remind people that this version is OUT OF DATE and POORLY MAINTAINED But for some reason its hitting the top spots of best selling page right now
Now its an overbloated mess, runs like crap on a 3080ti and 10900k, and has cringe TV show inclusions no one wants. Also I dislike the new art on the page, just for the record. It looks like the ugly new game that's coming out. I have very little hope for this series.

Loved this game through what was it, 1.6? You come back now and not only does the DLC have weird political activists inserted into it like Alanah Pearace, but everything's been level scaled and now there is no feeling of progression playing through the game. The entire city feels the same, there's no longer reason to feel afraid to go anywhere. Before this game actually rewarded your time invested with it. Now it all feels the same. It was like a flawed immersive sim in an open world. If you took the time to invest in your character's build and really thought things through, you could be absurdly powerful, but it wasn't easy. Now it's just another GTA clone about hacking like Watch Dogs, with lite RPG mechanics. No thanks.
