Alexander works fine. Hannibal and Caesar start, show the video, then nothing. After starting task manager I see the .exe is running, but there is nothing on my screen. I checked the online support page for the two games and did not find a solution. I clicked to contact GOG and nothing happens. Everything else from GOG works just fine.
