The patch claims it's deprecated and not needed, but if you don't install it there is no sexual content in the base game at all. I played through the full campaign and there was no sex at all! Once I tried installing this on a whim, all the spicy scenes were added.
First of all, the store info is wrong, you absolutley *do* need to install the "deprecated" patch if you want to access any of the sexual content. I played through the whole campaign without it installed and the most you get is a bit of cleavage. With the patch installed it's a lot spicier. The puzzle gameplay is fine, nothing spectacular but it's perfectly servicable. There is a boring skill tree and a good selection of special moves, but you won't have time to try out more than a handful of them in the short campaign. The story took less than 2 hours to complete. Some of the characters are kind of charming, but the plot is very hard to follow (translation issues?), and the ending is kind of unsatisfactory. There are almost zero meaningful choices made by the player. The smut scenes feel mostly disconnected from the plot. They are decently drawn and animated smut though.
I'm about 10 hours into the game and every minute of it has been wonderful. The art. animations and music is beyond amazing. The controls and platforming is smooth as heck. The map design, puzzles, exploration and boss fights are all top notch. I haven't found a single thing to complain about so far. If you've ever liked any platforming game, do check it out. Be aware that some of the boss fights are brutally hard and punishing. Not Dark-Souls-Hard, but a lot harder than many people would expect from a kind of cute platformer.
It's a game about solving jigsaws. That's all it is really. There is some paper thin plot where we get to know the mailwoman who delviers the jigsaws, but not very much. The puzzles are very varied in style and there are some nice gotchas with puzzles that look the same but aren't. If you like solving jigsaws in a nice charming and stress free setting, this game is wonderful. And after you beat the game, make sure to give the post-game mode a go, that's whre the *real* fun and challenge is!
