Regarding the DENGEKI Playstation(R) Collaboration Costume Set, Part 2: Those costumes DO have unique textures. It changes Neptune's pantsu colors. Of course, you can't see them because the localizers decided to not port over the camera angle that the vita had to see that area. For some reason (though I'm sure we all know why). You can use a cheat engine file someone made (google it) or the steam version has a mod that gives you the ability to see upskirt (and infinite zoom and no boundaries) during the equipment and fight screens to see for yourself. But those costumes definitely are different...the localizers just decided you shouldn't see it (for some reason...).
