This game was basically vaporware or something. The final product is a rushed piece of garbage. Cops don't have cars, theyll appear right in front of you and will only chase you 100m, maybe. over half the promised features and experiences are straight up missing from the game. Combine all this with a waterfall of bugs/glitches and ridiculously high performance requirements...I'd say skip this for 2-3 years, in its current form, this is not a AAA game, it's a lifeless piece of art that could've been the game of the decade had they actually waited and put out a finished product.
