Well, i bought this game a few days ago, did one or two of the first missions and then decided to try the sandbox part of the game. I wanted to raise some money, get some new equipment, maybe change ship... so i started looking for oportunities in trading and side missions. Well, i've read some of the other reviews praising this game, but to me the economy seems completey broken. Products are sold at a higher price than they are bought. The only thing i was able to trade was energy cells. The side missions are rare and many times are locked to a specific type of ship, wich you dont have when you start, so the ones you can actually accept and complete are rarer still. My ship was damaged on a collision on one of the first story missions, but to repair it, i must spend enough money to buy a new one. Idk.. am i doing something wrong? Cos other people around here seem to be enjoying the game. To me, without the economy this game is just a space shooter.
