RollerCoaster Tycoon® Deluxe

Still as fun as it was years ago

I got this game a long time ago, back when kids got half their software collections from cereal boxes. My siblings and I played this game a lot, usually avoiding the missions and just drowning people. It's hard to emphasize the features, it's nothing but simple fun. This game always has been and will always be a classic, and it can be played in 640x480, 800x600, and 1024x768 resolutions. There's nearly nothing bad to say about this game, it's just awesome. It still holds up as a decent game by today's standards, that's all I can really say. Buy this game.

Rayman 2: The Great Escape

Impossible to Hate!

Out of all the Rayman games in the series, I'd say this one has to be the best. The first and third are pretty good (third has quite a few unwanted changes, though), but this one easily tops them both. I've played the game on PS1, N64, PC, and 3DS, and aside from the PS1's lower graphics, they're all basically the same. It's an amazing game no matter which game you play it on, but I'd highly recommend buying it on the PC so that you can play it without much hassle, and it's pretty cheap, too. $6 for this game is definitely worth it, the environment is amazing, and the graphics have certainly withstood the test of time. Buy it!

The Feeble Files

An okay adventurer

This is an okay game. The puzzles are challenging, but a North American voice patch would be nice. It's not that I hate the voices of UK people or anything, but I just don't picture aliens talking like that. There is one puzzle with chemicals, which I did not get at all on my own. I had to look it up. Some of the other puzzles are also confusing, and I constantly have to look up a walkthrough to know what to do next. The cutscenes are also kind of blurry, but I don't mind that much. The backgrounds and sprites are pre-rendered in 3DS Max, which looks very nice. This game is worth buying.

Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc

Just bad.

I guess I'm not like most people, this game was horrible. I gave up on it a few times, and it was hard to persevere. Right now I'm stuck on the second level, where I'm supposed to "Hold down the strafe button" which I had to look up, and "Move on the side." I don't know what they mean by "move on the side." A few times I've experienced a broken camera, and the objective at the very beginning of the game is bad. The graphics aren't that great either, when it comes to the menu and sprites. Even the highlighting on the main menu is pixelated. The controls I had to either look up or try every key to use. Also, this is the PC version. It told me to use the right and left analog sticks on multiple occasions. The humor is also awful. Too many times I've read (I muted the volume, this game sucks) monologue between Murphy and the manual. I can't see them and they're still bugging the crap out of me (no pun intended). You cannot skip the cutscenes and when you press the Start key to do something else, the game pauses and you're forced to watch the entire thing. It's worse, because some of the lip-syncing is horrible and every attempt at humor fails. Murphy isn't funny, he's annoying. He's also hard to understand. There's no way to get to the menu during the cutscenes, and when you bring it up, you don't get the typical "Options/quit" screen, you have to scroll to it. It's not that hard, but it's difficult to figure out at first. If you want a Rayman game, go for the first or second. They're definitely worth your $6, but not this pile of regurgitated feces.

Sam & Max: Beyond Time and Space (2008 Original Version)

Okay, but overpriced

I`ve played this game a couple of times, but I bought it new recently for $8. This is kind of a ripoff.
