Besides the fact this is based on the modern gwent game which wasn't as enjoyable as the beta version which is functionally quite different, I don't get when devs hard code force settings for unity games. Resolution is hardstuck for my laptop for whatever reason even when it should support higher resolution. Tested on my desktop and it respects 4k settings but on laptop it only goes up to 1152p for whatever reason. Even fiddling with some unity fixes and registry edits, the game will just ignore or revert any changes and is just hardstuck doing 1152p max because bad developers do this.
