I just bought this and it won't run. Before that though, when I go to configure, it will only let me select 640x480 resolution and it won't let me select 3d acceleration. Really? Also, like I said, when I click "launch", I get a black screen and then it crashes. My machine: Windows 10, Ryzen 5950x, 32gb ram, RTX 3080ti.
