Literally half of this game is inventory management. The excess of loot and bad inventory management system slow the pace of the game and ruin the experience. They force players to spend time on checking hundreds of containers and dozens of items from each vendor, as they get randomized every level and every hour, with usually worthless combinations, especially that some possible stats, as well as unlocking a spell through an item, are completely useless. One of the secret rooms is a library that has over 100 lootable places. The worst part is that some places actually contain crucial quest items. I was only able to complete the game after creating a 2-man lone wolf party so that I don't need to bother with this loot system as much.
This DLC is based on Mr Twardowski from Polish legends. While it's quickly clear what's going on and who the main antagonist is - at least for Polish audience - excellent dialogues, a lot of depth added and tons of humor make it an incredibly good, bittersweet adaptation of this tale in Witcher universe. The game features 4-5 fights which can be named boss fights. They are arguably more challenging than vanilla (on Death March) and take longer. Last fight actually forced my reflexes and proper use of combat mechanics, especially sidestep and maintaining "backstab" whirlwind. It came out that I was a complete noob before.
