In the Arcanum\Highres folder, run HighRes.bat If Arcanum won't load after the official patch is installed AND you're using nVidia card, be aware that this game with the UAP installed is incompatible with GSync. If you have a GSync compatible monitor, the global setting will keep turning back on if you turn it off, so I made a specific setting for Arcanum and now it works great! Load nVidia Settings, go to Manage 3D settings in the left column, click the Program Settings tab, under 'Select a program to customize', select Arcanum. Scroll down to Monitor Technology and choose 'Fixed Refresh' Apply. It's worked great for me since.
