The wokeness of the game, is the real killer. As a game itself, it's average at best. None of the mechanics are original, the dialogues/script are average at best. If you are a straight man, good luck getting any romance going... What a disappointment. The only good thing, was how good the game looked visually. CDPR has fallen low ;(
The game is unfortunately, boring :(
I don't know when, or why I got this game, but It was installed, so I thought I'd give it a go, not knowing what it actually was. It is surprisingly well done, while staying very simple. It starts pretty cute and fluffy, but very quickly, a sharp mind will know what's coming, and what's going to happen. This is a little underrated gem. You'd better love puzzles though, I think you've got every single kind of puzzles available, most of them being pretty simple in essence. I only got stuck a couple of times, but not longer than a few minutes. Spoiler&Hint: if you're stuck, just try running forward :)
It is as bad as the reviews says it is. The combat and controls are clunky, the sound is off by a mile. Avoid, if it's given to you as a gift, take that as a declaration of war... Even Bad Rats is better.
While the game is not bad per say, the constant crashes, and seemingly endless enemy attacks are getting old very quickly. The voice overs are average, neither good or bad, but acceptable. For a RTS with a medium map, being unable to create groups to quickly switch to them, is a bit odd, especially since there seems to be no option to pause the game while you're going from one side of the map to the next, you can click on the mini map, if you know where the units you are after, but otherwise, the minimap is unusable, and shows nothing of value. Virtually nothing can be seen on the minimap. The game does show potential, but there still have some work to do on it in my opinion if they want it to become good.
