Cyberpunk 2077

Knight City

I have played in Night City for around 36 hours so far. The games' atmosphere is amazing, whether you are riding in a car with someone or walking through market stalls. It's the atmosphere of the city that I love. Cyberpunk combines aspects of games like Deus Ex, Doom, Borderlands and Blade runner into a heady mix of gameplay and exploration. The sheer attention to detail around every corner is amazing. The game definitely deserves it's R18+ rating as it does not pull any punches in the subject matter or even the types of places and people you can meet within the city. This game is strictly adults only. So please keep that rating in mind and be responsible for yourself and others. I have an aging GTX1070 GPU so initially I was very disappointed with the games' performance on my system. However, I managed to find the sweet spot for my hardware. Running on Ultra and 30fps. Which works really well for me. I have not looked back. I've only experienced a few bugs here and there, and so far nothing game breaking. And no crashes. So it does not bother me at all. Only a crash to the desktop would stop me from enjoying a game. And 36 hours in it’s been smooth sailing. I'm a huge fan of Keanu Reeves, so I automatically love the Johnny Silver hand character. And I think this might be some of the best voice acting and animation I've ever seen in a video game. The entire voice cast is amazing. They really went above and beyond the call of duty. I’m looking forward to upgrading to an RTX3080, hopefully sometime in 2021 when supplies are back in stock and enjoy the game in 4K. Cyberpunk will be a PC graphics benchmark for years to come. As a lifelong gamer I feel very lucky and honoured to play this game. Thank you CDPR, you rock! I must admit that I was never able to get onboard with the Witcher series. But Cyberpunk just clicked with me. I love it.
