Yes, it's an adult visual novel with sex. Do not let that deter you from playing through this, as it's one of the best stories I've come across in gaming, full stop. In particular, one part of the game actually had me crying my eyes out so much, I almost couldn't continue. No game has ever had me this emotionally invested, ever. Please play this.
