I have over 100 hours in the PS3 version, but the PC version is the better deal. You often heard that Dragon Age: Origins was the closest thing to a spiritual successor to Baldurs Gate 2, and that's a hard claim to argue against. Few cRPGs have matched the breath and quality of writing, combat, and gameplay mechanics that DA:O has to offer. The Witcher 3, Original Sin 2, and Pillars of Eternity were close, but DA:O still stands on a league of its own over a decade later. This game is BioWare at its finest and one of the best examples of Dark Fantasy. Its almost always on sale for $5, and thats a stupid steal for the amount of amazing content you can expect.
Having been deprived of these classic computer titles in my younger years, I'm eternally grateful GOG.com has provided me the opportunity to visit these masterpieces from days of old and I have to say of the many I've downloaded since I've created an account (Baldurs Gate 2, Icewind Dale, Empire Earth, and so many more) Planescape: Torment has been the greatest unearthed treasure. Such an amazing story, coupled with superb character development and an artistic direction that perfectly sets the mood. Having just put in over 100+ hours in the recent Elder Scrolls title: Skyrim, it's nice to venture back to the computer RPG roots and you could do no better than Planescape: Torment.
