Disco Elysium has the finest writing of any game I have ever played. I have never been too keen on point-and-click adventure games, but Disco Elysium made me want to stay up until 3 AM playing and making rolls. The world building is fantastic, the characters are multi-faceted and quick-witted, and the voice acting is excellent. Simply put, a masterpiece. I would recommend it to anyone.
