this game is almost perfect, remind me of Deus Ex or Vampire: The Mascarade Bloodlines. but it does not reach the perfection like Baldur's Gate, and this, because there is no multiplayer mode, which is rather disapointing for a RPG. but there is an editor, which is pretty cool. one last thing: the game was made by a team lead by Jordan Weisman, who is the original creator of the Shadowrun pen&paper RPG.
one of my -if it is not my- favourite Megadrive game but the Gog/pc version totally sucks: no sounds exept musics and less animations. didn't tried Earthworm Jim 2 yet.
I really loved this game when I played it, but the GoG version was a bit disapointing: it's the english version which I though was better than the french one, but that's not the case, the french version was awesome ! the english one is... good and the other thing that disapointed me: it's the censured version :D.
more than a game, it is Fear itself ! play it if you dare, play it if you want to be scared. but don't if you are here for challenge.
I suggest if you want a game that combine RTS and RPG style, go play Warlord Battlecry II instead of this crap.
ok, there are only 5 tracks to the soundtracks, but they are all magical, oh, and the game is great to.
Blood Omen 2 was the first game of the Legacy of Kain series I played, it was brutal, violent, and gore, and I loved it! I was disapointed when I tried Blood Omen 1 and Soul Reaver, because I expected something like Blood Omen 2, and so here is my opinion: No matter how good a game is, if you expected something else, it would be disapointing. I disagree with people about the plot, well, indeed the plot in Blood Omen 1 and soul reavers is better, but the story in Blood omen 2 is ... immersive. I mean, I tried Blood omen 2, then the 1, then Soul reaver 1 and then Defiance (never tried soul reaver 2) and my favourite is Blood omen 2 (and the 1) I think it's because Kain is better than raziel (^^) but mainly because Kain is far more evil than Raziel, making the plot more interesting. So, even if you don't like Legagy if Kain, even if you prefer the other game of the series, never forget that this game is worth a try.
