I recommend for thos who is tired of shoot and run games. it is a good game for spending small amounts of time in it - you open it and you are already in the atmosphere and world of game. a lot of reading, really a lot. interesting mechanics. I also recommend reading robert kurvitz book before or after the game - it'll give u more wider understanding of game's lore.
