Just so more people see this. You can adjust the max unit count easily in the options menu. This is a great game, I played the @#$% out of it growing up. Now with my much more refined RTS skills I've found that this game has many layers of complexity that make for great games. The campaign is awesome, the video intros remain my favorite of all the RTS of this era. Skirmish mode is fun, would LOVE to see a matchmaker built into it. The unit control is complex for it's time but still has left click unit conformation. You can create waypoints and patrol routes but attack move is not a thing however its alternative "F" which I always just called FIGHT will send your units to attack the closest enemies. It's a little clunky and you may find the controls a bit uncomfortable compared to more modern RTS games. The music and SFX in this game are great! Recommended for anyone looking for a solid Classic RTS experience.

Impossible Creatures is an economic RTS where your units are created by combining different animals into horrible looking monstrosities which you then command to victory!!! Highlights for me: Cheetah + Eel - Lightning Kitty (Tier II Ranged) Panther + Lioness - Kitty Kitty (Tier III Melee) Polarbear + Crocodile - PolarCrock (Tier IV Melee) Rhino + Eel - Lightning Puker (Tier 5 Ranged) Everything worked great on my system. The game ran at a smooth framerate, controls are tight and responsive. Most modern RTS hotkeys exist. This game is fun it's only downfall is the god awful story and dialogue It kind of reminds me of a 90s cartoon. Much fun to be had here by RTS Gamers. :D
