As of 2.0 (Phantom Liberty DLC) the map is largely out of date, and not likely to be updated. It's still somewhat useful, but I wouldn't recommend it. I'll change this if they do end up updating it. [Edit] It seems to be updated and working fine. I still don't appreciate the DRM, I wish I could make a save of this locally, but I understand that this is a kind of partnership with the Piggyback brand. So I'll bump it up to a 3.
