So, I've grading London on a curve here. It was free, and clearly an inredible amount of work went into it, so I think its fair to rate it with that price point in mind. As a mod and a fan effort it's amazing. The environments are world class, nothing short of any other Fallout game. The questing is good, if buggy. The gameplay can be janky in palaces, what you would expect from a modded Bethsda game. The overall storytelling, especially the world they have made is the heart of this and its really well done. You just have to know its got plenty of bugs and little unfinished bits and bobs. So long as you can handle the jank, its well worth playing.
