Bought it out of nostalgia. Ran into the 'Prepare for battle' crash issue around mission 7. Managed to resolve it by doing the following: 'For the freeze on "prepare for battle" did you try to alt-tab, run Task Manager -> right click on WHSHR, select "analyse waiting chain" -> look for the offending task and end it?'
