The Last Door: Collector's Edition

could have been a good game

Yes, the Story is appealing and the Sound track superb. But that wild collection of dark shaded amorphous piles of Pixels makes it hard for me to have fun playing this game. One Point for the great Story, one for the Soundtrack. That's it. I even didn't finished chapter 1. Waste of time.

Moebius: Empire Rising

JUST AMAZING!

Wow, what a wonderful game! This mystery thriller (is this the right name for that genre?) is very similar to the Gabriel Knight-Adventures that were also written by Jane Jensen. Also if Malachi Rector different from Gabriel Knight is a handsome business guy with a good running business in Manhattan including a luxary appartment, he is also the same kind of single man with an ironic sense of Humor with a slight British touch. I love this game! For European customers: spoken dialogues are in English language only, but you can choose localized subtitles in several languages. My recommendation is a strong BUY!

Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Fathers – 20th Anniversary Edition

Great Game!

What a game! I have started with "The Beast within" when I was still young ;-) but never played the first release of "Sins of the Fathers". I can only say that in these times of billions of fast paced first-person-shooters, I'm so happy to see that the good old genre of point-and-click adventure is still alive. Nothing to say against to bring a polished-up remake of an original release again. But I can understand if somebody who knew the old game is now unhappy that not everything is at it was in the "good old times" (It's the same with movie Remakes. Love it or hate it). I'm totally happy with this game and rushed through it in only two days. The Music is really great! And I love these painted graphics. The puzzles not too heavy to solve (good hint System). If you've never played it before, buy this!
