I seriously don't know what happened when they made this. Was everyone on vacation and let their friend with 0 game design experience make this DLC? Idiotic predetermined events that waste your time, workers strike even though it says no chance to strike / striking the literal nanosecond it goes to minimal chance because you we're adjusting something, certain events wait to happen until again the nanosecond you have no way to deal with them making it impossible to be prepared, certain events have good options that are nearly impossible to be available. For example, the first explosion in the construction site only happens when workplace safety drops from the highest level, but has an option that's only available when safety is at the highest. Either that or its almost completely random and you better hope it happens when the toxic gas is low otherwise there's almost no way you're at max safety. Its just braindead either way. Why even bother with the workplace safety scale when only the highest level matters or it has nothing to do with what happens at all? This DLC crosses the line from tough but fair resource management to plain infuriating nonsense that you'd need the ability to see into the future to successfully navigate. Those rating this highly are either paid reviews or so lucky and moronic that they lack the abilty to think critically about what's happening. DO NOT BUY.
