If you've yet to experience Fallout, this is the most modern and accomodating to newcomers. The story in Fallout 4 isn't overly interesting, but the journey is full of memorable moments. Companions are varied and a welcome addition to your journey, though going alone is totally viable. Settlement building can take up the majority of your time, building cozy living spaces for the various settlers, displaying your collections of goods found across the Commonwealth, or designing impenetrable fortresses if you so choose. 3, New Vegas, and 76 are all worthy entries in the series, but I would recommend 4 for anyone looking for an open world RPG.
