The graphics are stunning and it runs smooth on my 3080 Ti (playing ulta @ 60 Hz HD w/o DLSS). I decided to go challenge style, which is challenging, and you have to learn the patterns from the enemies, but also your own combos. Also good for in-between, as you can just go one arena and come back for more later!
Initially I found it a bit hard and complicated to get all these combos down, and I also found the fights rather repetitive, but after having it played half way through, I really enjoy the fights now as the variety with which you employ the weapons makes it more interesting. So I find myself coming back for more! Story is Ok, graphics is good. I bought it at 15 bucks and they are worth it in my opinion. I wouldn't say its worth a 50, maybe 20-25 would do it.
Well, I never played GTA passed the first few missions, but Mafia is actually something I finished. It is less open world and fairly linear story, but the story telling is good. In the definitive edition it even looks great 2025, in my opinion. Faces have somewhat less polygons, but I like these bootleg era style, feels classy!
Well, I bought the game early own and let it sit for a year until the bugs were ironed out. I can't complain, I started without glitches and my hardware was already beefy enough for 1440p at max settings to run 60 FPS. I find the game really immersive and it delivers this 'cyperpunk' feeling quiet well. Shiny night lights, chromed out people, with all the beauty and uglyness of huminaty, with enough critical components about society as a whole. So whoever likes this sort of atmosphere, story, I think it is a must. You can spend from some 20 hours rushing through the main story with no side-quests to easiliy 100 hours if you pick-up all the side-quests, the DLC and these side gigs.
