This kinda shit is criminal, baiting you in with nostalgia at seeing one of your favorite Star Trek games, then switching by giving you a broken product that will endlessly give you D3D Render Creation Errors, no matter what you do, and you'll see they removed the options.cfg file so there is absolutely no way to fix the issue.
