the ai is programmed to pull resources out of no where it's really low quality as a strategy game because no amount of "management" can compensate for the AI teams ability to just make things up
the tutorial itself is a mess tells you to do things with highlighted click-to-proceed stuff. easiest way to learn right? wrong! have to completely ignore the highlights to do smaller logical steps yourself as simple as deleting the object it told you to place already to place the object it is demanding you now place. then there's the one click accidentally closed messages that become unreadable for no reason the original game took hours to get to this level of bugged and that required monumental carelessness
