The mod creates a familiar yet odd atmosphere and feels like the developers really tried to keep to the spirit of the game. Installing on my Steam version was a major hassle. I'm saying this as one who routinely mods Bethesda games (Skyrim, Skyrim SE, FO3, FONV, FO4) and has also created mods. The hotfix was supposed to fix a myriad of issues, but it did not. the quest dialogue bugs it purports to fix are still quite broken, making quest completion hit or miss.
