The book was amazing and I had some expectations about this game. But it's not a game. It's beautiful visually and it does a decent job of telling the story, but there is nothing to do, other than follow the very linear plot. Disappointing, because I know that Daedalic can make real adventure games.

I really don't understand the culture wars on here. This is a bloody game people. If you get triggered because of wokeness or lack thereof, you are all a bunch of snowflakes and maybe you should start considering that the people you are fighting on the other side are not that different from you, when it comes to your fanaticism. As a game it is OK, but it does not bring anything new to the franchise. It's visually beautiful, but weak, when it comes to level design, action and story. Play it, if you are a Wolfenstein fan or a casual FPS player. Play it, if you find it heavily discounted. Don't bother, if you have limited free time for games, there are better games to spend your precious free time on.

This is not by any means a game. I cannot see what the point of even having a cursor and dialog options is, since nothing makes a difference in the flow the story. I really liked the visuals and some of the sub-stories, but overall this experiment is far too slow and boring to enjoy.

It's wonderfully designed and scripted, for that alone it's worth it. Beautiful artwork, funny dialogues, good pacing. So, yeah, it is a very good game and I fully recommend it. However, it is a 3d platform game, which means that it is very often super annoying. Even though the makers have mostly succeeded in making the camera following Raz functionally adequate, one often cannot see where Raz is supposed to go leading to frequent jumping to his death. What I also did not like in most boss fights is that it is not very clear what the boss's weakness is, so luck or googling is required. Other than that the game is rather easy and pleasant.

This is an interactive story, not a game. There is no challenge to the player whatsoever. Apart from that the story is OK, but not particularly original, very maudlin and some sequences are just too long. The surrealist sequences were really well done though. I cannot recommend this "game" to anyone.

This game can only score nostalgia points, because other than that it is simply horrible. I gave it a go, since it was free here, and, I have to say, I can understand why it is free. The controls would be interesting, if the character would react to the commands immediately and not run around colliding with other characters and doing nothing for a few times before the same command is finally performed. Lots of other glitches as well, too many to mention here. As an adventure game, it is also pretty bad, since the puzzles have no continuity and are not very coherent either. You basically have to talk to people again and again until they give you the information you need or new tasks to do. Finally, if you don't count the time you spend going aimlessly in circles and trying to move from place to place, the game is very short and the story not very interesting either. I was left extremely frustrated and disappointed.
