To date this is the only open-world game of its type (like GTA, etc) that I have actually finished. It was fun from the first mission through to the end. I actually wanted to finish it, rather than feel like I should. Funny, silly, and not serious. Which is what I think we need more of in games. The second mission has you fighting people in a 2 minute long skydive. What's not to love? And do yourself a favor and pick Voice 3 for the male boss. You'll thank me later.
Besides being a real pain to get to control properly (with a controller), it looks meh and sounds imperfect. You'd be better off getting a different version in one of the many different places you can. I'd probably even pick last year's mini Genesis emulation over this. Or spend 20 minutes getting MAME to work. I love that GOG puts efforts into getting the DOS wrapper to work with this, but it's just not a good port.
