Played the game on Steam and it’s definitely worth it! Gameplay wise it’s very soulslike but without stamina management. Exploration is rewarding and you have to look in every nook and cranny. Quests are similar to Dark Souls with multiple stages per NPC, but you have a small quest log that guides you. Character builds are focused on equipment rather than stats, so no leveling. You can still make your typical Dex, Str or Magic builds.

I gave this game a try during sale and was positivly surprised. Story: None. You start at the top of the necropolis and fight your way down. That's it. There are quests, but they are more like "kill X enemies of type Y", "use X items of type Y" or "Do this". In the end they earn you tokens (see items / perks). But there's lot's of ironic and sarcastic commentry by either a voice in the off, messages on the wall ("Race you to the bottom") or simply by dying ("You died! Not so terrible..."). Controlls: There are many people that mention the Dark Souls series and yes, there are similarities. If you use a controller, you will instantly know the controll scheme, since it's almost the same as Dark Souls. But beware, fighting is not that smooth as in Dark Souls. Game start: You start the game as one of currently 2 classes with a sword, shield and armor. Items / Crafting / Looting: You can pillage every item an enemy was using. Like his electro short sword? Kill him and take it! Or find it in loot chests. You also can collect scrolls, potions, bombs and edible items. At first the items are unidentified, so you just get a visual description ("Yellow potion thats boiling violently"). Either you use it or identify it with a scroll (and voila, it's poison that would have instantly killed you). Same with the other stuff. Every Enemy also earn you crystals/money that allows you to buy better weapons, potions and other stuff. Death: If you die, the game calculates your total score. Depending on your score you get tokens, new colors or other stuff. You lose all your inventory (e.g. weapons), but keep your perks and tokens. Perks: You can buy perks with tokens. Perks can like "increased healing efficiency", "Increased jump height", "stagger resistance". Every perk raises your chance for survival. Summary: It's a fun game for calm evenings after work. Especially if you have friends to join. I think you can have about 20 hours of fun. Maybe more depenting on future updates.
